- We humbly to seek to Know God and Make Him Known; by following the example of Jesus and the first disciples, learning and living out the active Word of God, and abiding in God’s love.
Worship
- We believe that the gathering of the church should be like a family. Visitors are always welcome as our special guests.

Giving
Giving is part of our response of love and gratitude to God. This participation allows us to do more together than any one of us can do on our own while showing our commitment to the congregation and its goals.
- Each of our activities and ministries are funded by the free-will contributions of our members.
- Any gift given to the church should be given freely, not because of expectations or pressures.
How to Get Here
Our building is on one of the major roads in Vernon. It is easily accessible from either Highway 97 (32nd Street), or Highway 6 (27th Street). Just turn East on either highway on 48th Avenue, 43rd Avenue, or 38th Avenue. We are at 4107 Pleasant Valley Road and we would be pleased to have you as our guest.
Singing
We sing here – “Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord” Eph. 5:19
- Everyone is encouraged to sing.
- We are “a cappella” (meaning unaccompanied).
Lord's Supper
The Lord’s Supper is a memorial of Jesus’ great love for us in His sacrifice on the cross. The Lord’s Supper is the focal point of our worship service, and because of its importance and meaning, we observe the Lord’s Supper every Sunday.
